How To Prepare

If frozen, thaw for 24 hours
  1. Season

    to taste

  2. Preheat & oil

    Preheat non-stick skillet to medium-low heat Add 1 tbsp oil

  3. Sauté until browned

    Flip every 2 minutes until lightly browned and internal temp reaches 165 °F From thawed: cook about 7 minutes

  4. Remove and enjoy!

    Let rest for a few minutes before eating
