If frozen, thaw for 24 hours-

Sauté until seared
Flip every 2 minutes until lightly browned and internal temp hits 165 °F
From thawed: cook for about 7 minutes -
Remove and enjoy!
Let rest before slicing or serving

Preheat grill to medium heat Lightly oil the steak

Grill until browned
Flip every 2 minutes until exterior is golden and internal temp reaches 165 °F
From thawed: grill for about 12 minutes -
Remove and enjoy!
