How To Prepare

Thaw in fridge for 24 hours
  1. Season

    To taste

  2. Preheat & oil

    Heat non-stick skillet over medium-low
    Add 1 tbsp oil

  3. Sauté until seared

    Flip every 2 minutes until lightly browned and internal temp hits 165 °F
    From thawed: cook for about 7 minutes

  4. Remove and enjoy!

    Let rest before slicing or serving

    Preheat grill to medium heat Lightly oil the steak

  3. Grill until browned

    Flip every 2 minutes until exterior is golden and internal temp reaches 165 °F
    From thawed: grill for about 12 minutes

  4. Remove and enjoy!

    Let rest for a few minutes before slicing
