How To Prepare

Thaw in fridge for 24 hours prior to cooking.
  1. Preheat nonstick pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp Oil.

  2. Sauté 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165F.

  3. Grill for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165F.
