- Grill: Preheat to medium. Lightly oil the steak, then grill for about 12 minutes, flipping every 2 minutes until nicely charred.
Classic Cutlet
- Skillet: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low with 1 tbsp oil. Flip every 2 minutes until golden for 7 minutes.
- Grill: Preheat to medium and oil the grates. Flip every 2 minutes until the edges are golden for 7 minutes.

- Skillet: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low with 1 tbsp oil. Flip every 2 minutes until browned for 7 minutes.
